We are selling the “Kawagoe Matcha Kawagoi Gozen” which uses Kawagoe Matcha, one of the popular specialties of Kawagoe that has been gaining attention in recent years.

The characteristic of Kawagoe Matcha is that due to the harsh winter climate, the harvest is limited, allowing the tea leaves to grow slowly and concentrate the umami flavor, resulting in a smooth sweetness and richness.

Please use it for lunch before exploring Kawagoe or for dinner after your stroll.
