FAQ2: Questions regarding the Rooms

Q.01 What is the largest room you have available?

There are 28 Sky Twin Rooms which are a triple rooms (up to 3 people).
Furthermore, there are 10 twin rooms that can be connected together (a total of 5 connected rooms).
When making a reservation, please request the “Sky Twin Room (for use with 3 people)” or the “Sky Twin Room (connecting rooms).”

In addition, there are also 7 “Deluxe Corner Twin Rooms” and 7 “Premium Corner Twin Rooms,” both of which can sleep 3 people.

Q.02 I would like to make a reservation on a high floor.

Our Hotel is located on the 31st through 36th floors of the Sasashima Live Global Gate building.
The lobby, club lounge, restaurant and rooms are located between 140 m and 170 m above ground, ensuring that a view of Nagoya can be enjoyed from all locations within the Hotel.

Q.04 I would like to stay in a non–smoking room.

Our entire Hotel is a non–smoking facility except for the “Smoking Corner” on the 31st floor.
All rooms are non-smoking.

Please note, if smoking within the room is discovered, a cleaning fee (¥30,000) may be charged.

Q.05 Can I request a room facing Nagoya Station or Nagoya Harbor?

Yes, requests will be accepted and we will make all efforts to fulfill the request.
However, please understand that there are cases where requests cannot be fulfilled due to large group bookings or previous requests.

Q.06 Is there internet available in the room?

The entire hotel, including the rooms, has free wireless internet access.

Q.07 I have booked multiple rooms. Is it possible to request rooms next to each other or on the same floor?

In the “Special request” column, please request “rooms next to each other.” Please understand we will make our best effort to fulfill the request, but there are cases where requests cannot be fulfilled due to availability.

Q.08 Is it possible to rent a DVD player?

There is a playback DVD player rental service available free of charge. Please mark your request in the “Special request” column as “DVD player rental request”. Please note there are a limited number of DVD players available.

Q.09 Is it possible to rent a crib for a baby?

Please mark your request in the “Special request” column as “baby crib rental request”. Please note there are a limited number of cribs available.

Furthermore, to ensure safety, baby cribs are made for use for babies one year old or younger. Baby cribs are not able to be provided for babies able to stand by grabbing on to handles.

Q.10 Are humidifiers available?

All rooms are equipped with air purification humidifiers.

Q.11 Are pots and other utensils available for tea?

All rooms are equipped with a coffee maker with a tea kettle functionality.
Furthermore, coffee is also provided, so you can enjoy views of Nagoya while relaxing with a hot beverage in your room.

Q.13 Is room service (food, drinks, etc.) available?

We do not have room service for food or drinks available at our hotel. Please make note of this before your stay.

Q.14 Is it possible to rent wine glasses?

Please call the lobby service desk to request wine glasses.

Q.15 Is it possible to have ice delivered to the room?

There is a self service ice machine on the 32nd floor that is free of charge.
Please use the ice pale provided in the room to get the ice.

Q.16 Do you have cooling pillows available in the event of fevers, etc.?

Yes, we have cooling pillows available. Please contact the front desk or lobby service.

Q.17 Are there shops available in the hotel?

There are no shops within the hotel (31st–36th floors).
However, in the development where the Global Gate building is located, there is a convenience store available.
*Approximately a 4 minute walk from the hotel entrance.
