The teppanyaki restaurant “Irodori” on the first floor will reopen with a new concept on Friday, May 2, 2025, offering a live dining experience featuring both teppanyaki and “Edomae Sushi”.
The new concept includes a new sushi counter where you can watch skilled sushi chefs in front of you, enhancing the live experience. To celebrate re-opening, we are hosting the “Kagawa Fair” in collaboration with Kagawa Prefecture and the Kagawa Prefecture Products Promotion Foundation.
The concept of the dishes is “A Luxurious Moment of Edomae Sushi Conveying the Bounty of Setouchi.” Enjoy fresh, seasonal ingredients and specialties such as Kagawa’s chewy and flavorful octopus and Olive Beef, raised on feed made from dried olive fruit after oil extraction. Savor the craftsmanship of our sushi chefs and the rich flavors of Setouchi.
Setouchi refers to the Seto Inland Sea, Japan’s largest inland sea, surrounded by western Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu, and its surrounding regions. The Seto Inland Sea is known for its strong currents and abundant shallows, which produce delicious seafood.
