Sakai Rikyu Forest

This is a memorial museum that introduces the origins of hospitality and creativity of Sen no Rikyu and Yosano Akiko, who were born in Sakai. The facility consists of the remains of Sen no Rikyu’s residence, Sen no Rikyu Chanoyukan, and Yosano Akiko Memorial Museum, and you can also experience the preparation of tea.
