The service details for the Kyoto Station Welcome Counter will be revised as follows.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding these changes.

Change details
Currently, the luggage delivery service is provided free of charge. However, starting April 1 (Tue), 2025, a fee will apply.

Current: No delivery fee → Revised (from April 1, 2025): 500 yen per item (including tax)

• Payment will be accepted at the hotel in cash only.
