The Rikyu course, crafted with care by our head chef, is an omakase-style menu that highlights the seasonal ingredients and the beauty of each season in every dish.
We take care to highlight the natural flavors of each ingredient, while also crafting dishes that can be enjoyed with all five senses—through their appearance, aroma, and texture.
With ingredients representing the early, peak, and final stages of the season, the course offers a refined culinary journey imbued with the essence of nature.
