*This offer, due to the statutory inspection, is applicable to guests staying on October 18 (Sun).

Notice of power outage for electric facility inspectiona

■Date and time
October 19, 2026 (Mon) around 1:00 A.M. to 4:30 A.M. (3 and a half hours)

■Reason
For electric facility inspection according to Article 42-1, Electricity Business Act of Japan

■Content
The entire building will have a power outage.
(1) Lights: Front of the hotel, lobby, guest rooms, corridors of guest room floors, parking area, etc.
　　 *Emergency lights will turn on in the lobby, corridors of guest room floors and escape stairs.　
(2) Air conditioners: Front of the hotel, lobby, guest rooms, corridors of guest room floors, etc.
(3) Elevators
　　*Only ones on the Club Floor and the Superior Floor (one on each floor, total 2) will operate. However, we might have to ask you to wait when switching the power source.
(4) Other amenities in guest rooms
　　 1. TV
　　 2. Internet
　　 3. Power outlets
　　 4. Refrigerator
　　 5. Warm-water washing toilet seat (still can be flushed)
　　 6. Alarm call
　　*Each room is equipped with a flashlight.
　　*Phone lines in the guest rooms will work for extensions and outside calls.
