Prince Basic is our basic accommodation plan available at all Prince Hotels & Resorts’ Hotels and Ryokan.
Use this plan for a range of stays, from business to leisure.

Single Room for Business & Sightseeing

Our basic plan provides both comfort and convenience, located only a 2-minute walk from Shinagawa Station.
The plan includes a single room designed for both business and sightseeing travelers. Whether you’re visiting Tokyo for meetings or exploring the city,
this plan offers a simple and comfortable stay.
Shinagawa Station serves as a major gateway, offering easy access to both Haneda and Narita airports, as well as Shinkansen bullet trains to popular destinations like Osaka and Kyoto.

Rate Includes:

• The accommodation fees include service charges and taxes. (Accommodation taxes are not included)
• All rooms equipped with free internet (wired LAN/wireless LAN)
• Free cancellation until 48 hours prior to arrival

Check-in/Check-out Time:

• For members: Check-in 2:00P.M. / Check-out 11:00A.M.
• For non-members: Check-in 3:00P.M. / Check-out 11:00A.M.

Please note:

Check-in at the East Tower is ONLY available through the self-check-in machine (cashless payment). We appreciate your understanding in advance.

• The settlement on “self check-in / out machine” will be Cashless Payment Only.
  • Credit card
  • QR code payments (Alipay, PayPay, Merpay, WeChat Pay, auPAY, Rakuten Pay, d Payment)
  • Transportation prepaid IC cards (Suica, PASMO, etc.)

About the self-service check-in and check-out kiosks:

This service is not available in any of the following cases.

1. You prefer to settle your bill with a method other than the cashless methods listed above (such as by cash).
2. You have coupons or vouchers from travel agencies.
3. You’re staying for multiple nights under separate bookings.
4. You’ve booked more than one room.
5. The details you input on the machine don’t match those you provided at the time of booking.

– If you have baggage or messages, an error receipt will be output. Please contact the nearest staff member.
– Self check-in/out machines may not be available depending on the conditions of the day.

This unmanned fitness room is available 24 hours a day exclusively for guests staying in the entire building.
Please feel free to use it.
