About BORECA Fitness Stay

[How to Use]

You can use the facility after check-in.
During your stay, you may use BORECA as many times as you like within its business hours (9:30 A.M. – 8:30 P.M. last entry at 8:00 P.M.).
Please be sure to bring your room key, as it is required for check-in at the gym reception.

[Important Notes]

・Each use is limited to approximately one hour.
・Rental workout wear is available for ¥550 (tax included).
・Rental shoes are not available.
 Please bring your own shoes, or purchase compact sneakers available at the BORECA front desk.
 You may wear your outdoor shoes inside the fitness area.
・Please note that there may be a wait during busy times.
・Priority will be given to guests with personal training reservations.

[Protein Smoothie]

Our original smoothies are made with high-quality protein and plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits. Not only are they delicious, but also easy to drink.
Each guest will receive one smoothie per day during their stay.

You can add breakfast as an option when making your reservation.

About Reconditioning Lounge BORECA

Opened on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, on B2 floor of the Shinjuku Prince Hotel.
This multi-purpose facility brings together three key areas—fitness, relaxation, and café—on one floor. It aims to help guests restore their well-being, disrupted by modern life, through exercise, relaxation, and nourishment, offering a path to health and beauty.
