[How to Use]

You can use the facility after check-in.
During your stay, you may use BORECA as many times as you like within its business hours (9:30 A.M. – 8:30 P.M. last entry at 8:00 P.M.).
Please be sure to bring your room key, as it is required for check-in at the gym reception.

[Important Notes]

・Each use is limited to approximately one hour.
・Rental workout wear is available for ¥550 (tax included).
・Rental shoes are not available.
 Please bring your own shoes, or purchase compact sneakers available at the BORECA front desk.

Prince Basic is the basic accommodation plan offered at all Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts hotels and inns.
It can be used for a wide range of business and leisure purposes. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, which offers convenient access to all parts of Tokyo (directly connected to Seibu Shinjuku Station).
Adjacent to Kabukicho and within walking distance of the popular tourist spot Shin-Okubo (approx. 13-minute walk), the hotel can be used for a variety of scenes, including as a base for business as well as sightseeing.
