Citrus Gin & Tonic – ¥2,400 (right)
Crafted with “Yatsuboshi” gin, made from three types of Japanese citrus grown in Kumamoto. The cocktail features the uplifting aroma of green yuzu, the mellow sweetness of Shiranui, and the subtle bitterness of Banpeiyu. The tonic highlights each element in perfect harmony, creating a crisp and refreshing drink.

Clear flavours from lemon and blackcurrant are reminiscent of the serene morning landscape on Mt. Asama, depicted in his painting.
