Employment Status: Full-time employee

Probation Period: 3 months

Working Hours: Shift work, with 7.5 prescribed working hours per shift

Salary: Determined according to company regulations, considering experience, skills, and other factors

Bonuses: Two rounds of bonuses annually, with one pay rise per year (subject to company performance)

Other Benefits: Full reimbursement of commute expenses, social insurance coverage, uniform rental, maternity/childcare/nursing care leave, etc.

Days Off: Enjoy 2 days off per week (104 days off annually), along with annual paid leave and marriage/compassionate leave.
(1) Front Office StaffKey Responsibilities:
– Conduct front desk operations including guest check-in and check-out procedures
– Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries via phone and in person
– Assist with delivering items to guest rooms while ensuring exceptional service

(2) F&B Department, Restaurant Service Team
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat diners, take orders, and serve food and beverages with precision and professionalism.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
– Previous experience in food and beverage service operations at a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
(3) F&B Department, Restaurant Kitchen Team

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook dishes, including ingredient preparation and plating, to ensure high-quality dining experiences.
– Serve diners at buffet stations, including portioning dishes and maintaining presentation standards.
– Assist with kitchen sanitation and dishwashing duties to uphold cleanliness standards.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
– Previous experience in cooking at a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
(4) Sales Department, Reservations TeamKey Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming calls and assist customers with room reservation requests and inquiries.
– Perform administrative tasks, including entering guest information into the reservation system.

Requirements:

Preferred Skills/Experience:
– Prior experience in room reservation operations at a hotel or ryokan is preferred.
(5) Sales Department, Marketing TeamKey Responsibilities:
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for hotel promotion and sales.
– Collaborate on product development and sales planning initiatives.
Execute advertising campaigns and promotional activities to enhance hotel visibility.

Requirements:
– Prior marketing experience in any industry is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
– Previous experience in digital marketing is advantageous.
