Resembling the milky white waters of Yunohanasawa Onsen’s open-air baths, this soy milk soup flavored with ground sesame has a lighter flavor than its appearance suggests. Dipping slices of Hakone Seiroku beef sirloin in the soup gives the meat a tender texture, and the savory flavor of the melted fat fills your mouth. The remaining soup is also packed with savory flavor, so we recommend using it for rice and vegetable porridge to finish off the meal.
