Accommodation Tax Notice

In accordance with local regulations, an accommodation tax will be charged per person per night.This tax is separate from the room rate and will be collected at the property.

Tax amount (per person per night):
＜Until February 28, 2026＞
■Room rate under JPY 20,000: JPY 200
■JPY 20,000 to under JPY 50,000: JPY 500
■JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000

＜From March 1, 2026＞
■Room rate under JPY 6,000: JPY 200
■JPY 6,000 to under JPY 20,000: JPY 400
■JPY 20,000 to under JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000
■JPY 50,000 to under JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000
■JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000

The room rate refers to the accommodation charge only (room charge and service charge).

Meals and consumption tax are not included in the taxable amount.
