■ Restaurant Information

Light meals and cafés are available both inside and outside the hotel.

*Only some outlets will be open on July 23 (Thu) and July 27 (Mon).

■ Shop Information

Shops inside the hotel offer food and drinks, raincoats, snacks, and daily necessities.

■ Bathing Information

Hotel guests are asked to use the bathroom in their own room.
The hot spring (onsen) facility inside the hotel is not available for use.

*The onsen is available only to guests staying at the campsite.

■ Access Information

During the event period, the following transportation options are available:

① Echigo-Yuzawa Station ⇔ Naeba Venue: Temporary shuttle bus
② Echigo-Yuzawa Station ⇔ Naeba Prince Hotel Building No. 4 ⇔ Seibu Crystal: Regular bus route (normal service)

*Guests arriving by car must purchase a parking pass in advance.

• Adventure Buggy 110cc (15 min per ride): Single seat / ¥3,000, Double seat / ¥4,000
• Laser Buggy (15 min per ride): Single seat / ¥3,000, Double seat / ¥4,000

Payment: Cash, major credit cards, PayPay (payment on-site)

■ How to Get to the Fuji Rock Festival Venue

You can access the venue via the slope-side entrances/exits of the hotel.
*Please note that access from the hotel parking lot side is not available.

Travel time: Approx. 20–25 minutes on foot to the entrance gate
