West Japan-style Sukiyaki: Our staff grills the beef right in front of you, seasoning it with rock sugar and soy sauce. This simple cooking method brings out the natural umami and savory aroma of the meat.
East Japan-style Sukiyaki: Using a special broth, the beef and vegetables are slowly simmered to absorb the flavors, resulting in a rich, deep taste.
