Basic Dog-Friendly Stay

Important Information for Your Stay

• Please note that check-in must be completed by 6:00 P.M.
• Only the representative guest should visit the front desk for check-in procedures. Our staff will then guide you to the dog-exclusive entrance.
• This plan is limited to large dogs (generally under 40kg).
• We welcome up to 2 dogs per room (each weighing under 40kg).
  A fee of ¥3,300 per dog per night applies.
  *If you plan to bring two dogs, please contact us in advance.
  *Note: The provided in-room crate measures 117cm (W) x 74cm (D) x 90cm (H).
• Please use a leash, carrier, or crate in designated indoor and outdoor areas.
• For the comfort of other guests, please do not jump over terrace fences to access the lawn.
• Bath Tax is not included
• Children under 6 years old stay free when sharing existing bedding.

｜Required Documents for Check-in

Please present the following documents upon arrival. Failure to provide these may result in a cancellation of your stay.

• Signed Pet Dog Accommodation Agreement (Physical copy only)
• Proof of Vaccination (Physical copy):
  1. Rabies Vaccination Certificate (administered within the last year)
  2. Combined Vaccine Certificate (5-way or higher, administered within the last year)

Note: For the safety of all guests, we may be unable to accommodate your stay if documents are incomplete.
