* Buses will depart promptly at the scheduled time.
*Travel time may vary depending on traffic conditions.
* Please refrain from loud conversations and similar actions so as not to disturb other passengers.

┃Reservation

Online reservations are accepted from 6 months before your stay until 5:00 PM, 3 days prior to your arrival date.
For reservations after this period up to the day of arrival, please contact the Hotel Reservations Desk (TEL: +81-558-22-7575) or email spw-sph-rsv@seibugroup.jp.
※Please note that it may take several days to respond to email inquiries.For same-day reservations, please contact us by phone.

・The complimentary shuttle bus operates by reservation only.
・Reservations will close once capacity is reached. Up to 8 guests can be booked per reservation.
・Please make the reservation under the name of the primary guest listed on the accommodation booking.
・Please provide a mobile phone number or other contact number that can be reached on the day of travel.
・If the shuttle bus is fully booked, please use a local bus or taxi.

┃Bus boarding location

Regarding the place to get on the shuttle, there will be only one ticket gate in Izukyu Shimoda station. After exiting, please proceed to the right at the end. There is a parking space for shuttle bus that each hotel has stopped.
