We will renovate its “Main Banquet Hall,” add a new outdoor terrace, and construct a new pathway leading to “Furano Onsen Shisai no Yu.”
Scheduled Reopening: Late November 2026
Renovation work will begin in May 2026 and is scheduled for completion by late November 2026, including the refurbishment of the “Main Banquet Hall” buffet venue, the addition of a spacious outdoor terrace, and the construction of a new pathway connecting the hotel guest wing directly to “Furano Onsen Shisai no Yu.”
As the first step toward becoming a year-round resort chosen by guests from both Japan and overseas, this renewal project aims to meet increasingly diverse travel needs and usage occasions while enhancing comfort and convenience. The hotel will continue creating new experiential value as a hub for sharing the charm of Furano, offering guests fresh discoveries and a sense of comfort with every visit.
Key Renewal Highlights
1. Renovation of the “Main Banquet Hall” into a Bright and Open Space Filled with Natural Light
~Strengthening banquet functions to attract MICE demand and international visitors to Furano~
New exterior openings will be added to the underground banquet hall to bring in natural light and create a more open atmosphere.
The layout will be redesigned with terrace-facing sofa seating and table seating for up to 16 guests, providing a more comfortable and flexible environment.
Enhanced banquet functionality will support demand for MICE events, weddings, and banquets.
2. New Outdoor Terrace Surrounded by Furano’s Magnificent Nature
~Creating new opportunities for Après-ski and the Night Economy~
The terrace will feature table seating and fire pits, offering guests a relaxing après-ski experience after skiing and snowboarding.
Seasonal events such as stargazing programs, beer gardens, and BBQs will create a gathering space open to both hotel guests and the local community.
The space will help stimulate nighttime activity and provide new ways to enjoy Furano after dark.
3. New Pathway Connecting to “Furano Onsen Shisai no Yu”
~Improving accessibility and comfort for guests of all generations~
A new direct pathway from the guest rooms to the hot spring facility will shorten travel distance and reduce stair usage.
The glass-sided walkway will allow guests to enjoy Furano’s beautiful scenery on the way to the hot spring.
