Wagyu Beef with Wasabi Dashi Sauce

A delicate dish featuring seasonal ingredients and the rich flavor of premium Japanese Wagyu beef, complemented by a light, savory sauce made with bonito broth, soy sauce, and mirin.
Wasabi can be added to the sauce to suit your taste, offering an extra layer of flavor.
