An appetizer of rapeseed blossoms wrapped in Tokyo Beef cured ham, artfully arranged with colorful winter vegetables, opens the course with a touch of elegance.
For the soup course, sake lees from Edo Kaijo, brewed in Tokyo’s only sake brewery within the 23 wards, enrich a fragrant and nourishing bowl featuring yellowtail, daikon radish, carrot, and red konnyaku.
The Tokyo Beef is expertly grilled over an open flame, its savory flavor elevated by a Japanese-style sauce with freshly grated wasabi.
Enjoy a full kaiseki experience infused with the blessings of Tokyo and the tastes of winter, including a yanagawa-style dish of white fish prepared with Tokyo-sourced “Umitate Tamago” eggs.
