Early Summer Recommendation

Enjoy a refreshing, limited-time tempura course that captures the essence of early summer. The meal begins with a light appetizer of blanched greens and junsai (watershield) topped with lobster. Tempura selections include seasonal seafood such as horse mackerel wrapped with shiso and conger eel, along with Japanese black wagyu beef and seasonal vegetables, all lightly fried to enhance their natural flavors. A vinegared dish of grilled eel with cucumber adds a refreshing finish, gently balancing the richness of the tempura. Savor the delicate flavors of early summer.

Cancellation Policy

*Please arrive on time as this will allow the culinary team to prepare your dishes.
*Please note that your reservation may be cancelled if you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time.
*The cancellation policy is as follows: 100% cancellation fee for no-shows (including if you contact us on the day of your reservation), no contact on the day of the reservation, or same-day changes to the number of guests; 50% cancellation fee for 1 to 3 days prior to the reservation date; and no cancellation fee for 4 or more days in advance.
*All cancellations must be made by 11:59 P.M. local time 4 days prior to the reservation date to avoid a penalty charge.
