Notice of Shuttle Bus Departure Time Change (Effective September 1)
Please note that, starting September 1st, 2025, the departure times of the “Free Shuttle Bus for Hotel Guests Only” between The Prince Hakone Ashinoko and Odawara Station West Exit will be changed.

Effective Date: From Monday, September 1, 2025
Revised Services:

• Hotel departure: 3rd service
• Odawara Station West Exit departure: 3rd service

About Bus Reservations

Please proceed with your bus reservation via the link below.
Both the schedule valid until Sunday, August 31, and the schedule from Monday, September 1 onward can be checked and reserved from the same link.

※As of 12:00 MID on Monday, August 18, 2025, the bus reservation system has been changed.
For reservations made prior to this date, please use the link below to check or cancel your booking.

Notes

• Reservations are required for the free shuttle bus. Reservations close when capacity is reached.
• Web Reservations can be made from 6 months in advance until noon of 2 days before your arrival date. (after the above period and up to the day of your stay, please contact the hotel reservation staff)
• Reservations can be made up to 8 persons per reservation.
• Please register the name of the representative person who made the reservation. ※Please register your name in English.
• Please register your telephone number with a number that you can be reached on the day (cell phone number, etc.).
• If you do not show up on time even if you have a reservation, the bus will depart as soon as it arrives on time. We kindly ask for your understanding.
• Free shuttle bus do not offer service to deliver your luggage, owners must accompany their baggage on the shuttle bus (we suggest you to use Carry Service at Hakone-Yumoto station, if you would like to send your luggage to hotel first.).
