*Staying guest privileges are valid from the time of check-in to the time of check-out.

The Prince Karuizawa (Standard for all room types)
　1. Free access to Hotel East “Forest Hot-Spring” (not including the bathing tax of JPY150)
　2. Free access to Hotel West “MOMIJI HOT-SPRING” (not including the bathing tax of JPY150)
　3. Free access to Hotel East/West “Fitness Room” Available only to guests 16 years old and older *Free rental shoes
　4. Free use of rental bicycles (from 7:00A.M. to 5:00P.M.) from mid-April to late October Because of the limited number of bicycles available, only same-day rentals are accepted. ( This does not apply to bicycles rented at other facilities.)
　5. Access to the Guest Service Center “Smile Concierge” service.
　6.Newspaper Delivery Service (Shinano Mainichi Shimbun)
　 * Can be changed to desired paper
　7.Library Cafe Rindo Special Drink Menu Free.

Available only on the Executive Floor / Suites

1. Tennis play 1 hour free per day per surface. *Reservations required.
   Tools are available for rent for a fee.
2. Free daily 9-hole golf outing at the Karuizawa Prince Hotel Golf Course (reservation required) from mid-April to late November *Additional fees for maintenance and usage tax are not included *Please check for available slots from 8:00A.M. to 1:50P.M., based on your desired start time. *Not available while the course is undergoing maintenance.
3. Special price for one-day lift ticket at Karuizawa Prince Hotel Ski Area. Please purchase at The Prince Karuizawa front desk.
4. Guests staying in the Executive Floor and Suite Rooms have exclusive access to the “Executive Lounge.”
