11:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. (last admission 3:30 P.M.)
*You can choose one of the following days for use.
➀From 12:00NOON to 4:00 P.M. on check-in day
➁From 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on check-out day
*Rooms will be available after 3:00 P.M. Please note this in advance.
*Please stop by the front desk (1F) when using the garden pool.
*Please note that rooms cannot be used after check-out.

Seibu Prince Global Rewards (SEIBU PRINCE CLUB) members can use the day pool on both check-in and check-out days.
Please present your admission ticket stub and registered application or membership card.

Garden Pool Operating Details

*In the event that the Garden Pool is closed due to inclement weather or other reasons, the pool ticket included in your stay plan can be used as a 4,000 yen voucher for use at the hotel’s directly managed restaurant.
Vouchers are non-refundable and remaining change cannot be exchanged for cash. Please note that detached tickets will be invalid.

Children sharing beds: Children aged 0–5 who are sharing beds can use the pool for free. Please inform the Garden Pool reception on the day.
Children up to elementary school age may stay in the same room as an adult at no extra charge (normally, this applies only to preschool-aged children).

*Children aged 0–5 may use the Day Pool free of charge.
*For children aged 6–12 staying in the same room as an adult, an admission fee of ¥2,500 per person applies when using the Day Pool.
If you wish to take advantage of this offer, please inform the Garden Pool reception desk on the day of your visit.
