At lunch, you can enjoy light meals including Gapao-style Stir-fried Pickled Mustard Leaves, Pork and Tofu, Taco Rice Wrapped in Nori Seaweed, Guacamole and Smoked Salmon Sandwich. At dinner, you can enjoy dishes including Lightly Smoked Norwegian Salmon Marinated with Okinawan Brown Sugar Finished with Fragrant Shikuwasa (Okinawan flat lemon) Green Pepper Sauce Served Cold. Okinawan dishes are served with a twist – Western-style Savory Steamed Custard “Royale” Finished with Edamame Paste Sauce, and Bitter Gourd Quiche Lorraine with Prosciutto, etc. Desserts include Mont Blanc finished in front of the guests, and hotel-made Chinsuko cookies. We will deliver delicacies full of the mild blessings of spring and the tastes of early summer from Okinawa.
