Cancellations made at least 2 days before your stay will not incur any cancellation fee.

*Only one accompanying child is allowed to sleep in each bed.
*A separate facility usage fee [2,000 yen per person per night] will be charged at the Hotel for children from 6 to 11 years old who are sleeping with their parents/guardians.

• If you wish to rent a bed rail or crib for free [limited availability], please indicate accordingly in the “Requests, etc.” field.
  *Cribs may be used by children under 24 months old. If your child is able to stand by holding on to an object, please make sure to adjust the floorboard to the lowest position or remove it completely when using the crib.
