In celebration of The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo receiving a Four-Star rating in the Hotel category of the Forbes Travel Guide 2026, Chef Kuroda presents a special course menu as a token of his sincere appreciation to our valued guests.
The appetizer features a beautifully arranged dish inspired by a celebratory bouquet. Delicately scented with a hint of cherry blossom, sea bream carpaccio is complemented by arugula, edible flowers, and a vibrant roasted paprika sauce, creating a visually stunning and elegant beginning to the course.

For the pasta course, we present agnolotti filled with the rich flavors of Tokyo Beef, carefully sealed within delicate pasta. Please enjoy it together with gently sweet green pea purée and marinated radish, elegantly arranged to resemble four stars in celebration of the award.
For dessert, our cassata is accompanied by fresh oranges marinated in Campari and a macaron adorned with the Forbes 2026 logo.

■Heritage(Left) ¥2,600
A cocktail inspired by Mount Fuji and cherry blossoms. The pale, sparkling pink evokes fully bloomed cherry blossoms, while the thyme represents the surrounding trees. It is served in a glass etched with snow-capped Mount Fuji. The drink features the botanical flavors of Roku Gin as its base, accented with cherry liqueur in homage to our bar’s name, Ciliegio (Italian for “cherry”), creating a beautifully aromatic and flavorful cocktail.
■Blooming Flower(Right) ¥1,800 *Non-Alcoholic Cocktail
A non-alcoholic cocktail inspired by the Japanese garden of Takanawa. The lush greenery is represented by shiso leaves, while edible flowers and pickled cherry blossoms depict the seasonal blooms in full splendor. This sweet-and-tart mocktail features cherry syrup and our original herbal tea, Hanaemi.
