CHEF’S PROFILE
Kuroda honed his culinary skills at Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, such as Le Relais Louis XIII and Taillevent. After his return to Japan, he became a sous chef at Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo and cultivated expertise at Aquavit in New York.
