The fire dances in front of you – special dessert experience.
We present a performance you can enjoy with all your senses.
Performance start: 7:15 P.M.
The dessert is completed with the fire performance, something you cannot enjoy at any other place!

On-the-shell Baked Scallop, Robatayaki Barbecue Style
Scallops from Hokkaido are fragrantly baked with butter and scallop-seasoned soy sauce.
Baked Lamb on Rock Salt
Lamb meat is baked on a block of rock salt. It is a salted version of Hokkaido-style lamb barbecue.
Please enjoy it with your favorite sauce.
Hokkaido Beef Chuck Eye Roll Steak
A beautifully baked piece of chuck eye roll steak with a delicate balance of lean meat and fat.
Nigiri Sushi
Nigiri sushi, hand-made one by one by a sushi chef, are served.
While maintaining the shape of individual rice grains, each sushi is shaped with air so that it melts in your mouth.
The firmness of each sushi varies depending on the texture of the fish on top of it. When you eat it, the rice and fish can be tasted together.
Tempura
The cook deep fries the ingredients one by one in front of customers.
The batter consistency is adjusted per ingredient, and while skillfully controlling the oil temperature, each ingredient is fried at the optimal temperature.
Enjoy the tempura with salt or tentsuyu sauce.
You can enjoy this experience together with the fragrance and sounds from the cooking counter.
Matcha Green Tea Moelleux au Chocolat
Soft chocolate cake that helps you enjoy the scent and bitter-sweetness of matcha green tea.
